Why is it Important to
combine both Oral and Topical Products?
|
|
Research
shows that DHT is synthesized not only internally in the body, but also on
the scalp. That's why it is necessary to use a hairloss treatment system that
includes both oral and topical products which block and stop the effects
of DHT both internally and topically. This is one reason why
HairGenesis™ is more effective than other hair loss treatment
products.
You may order individual products (Oral Soft Gels, Shampoo, Topical
Activator Serum). You'll save more money when you order a complete
HairGenesis™
Best Value Pack! A
value pack also includes Revitalizing Shampoo with DHT Blockers and
Topical Serum with DHT Blockers. Combining the Shampoo and Topical
Serum with the Oral Soft Gels is a more effective treatment
overall.
The Oral Soft Gels contain DHT blocking ingredients which block
the activity of both types of the 5AR enzyme (Type 1 and Type 2) which
converts Testostrerone into Di Hydro
Testostrerone ( DHT ), the hormone proven to cause pattern hair
loss in men and women.
The Shampoo and Topical Activator Serum both contain DHT Blocking
ingredients. The Shampoo helps remove DHT and accumulated sebum
oil and mineral deposits from the scalp and hair follicles as well
as providing DHT blocking ingredients to protect your hair
follicles. The Topical Activator Serum further helps protect your
hair follicles on the inside from the harmful effects of DHT and
helps stimulate them for growth.

HairGenesis™
is a unique set of hairloss treatment products. Since its
introduction in 1995, it has been a revolutionary concept in
treating male and female pattern hair loss, by combining specific
botanical ingredients in a proprietary method, instead of using
drugs like Minoxidil and Propecia™. Learn more why HairGenesis™ is the most safe and effective hairloss treatment
now available.

HairGenesis™
- a revolutionary botanical hairloss
remedy since 1995
|
|
HairGenesis™ is a revolutionary concept
using natural ingredients to safely and effectively treat male and female pattern hair
loss due to the effects of harmful DHT, instead of using
drugs like Minoxidil (as used in Rogaine™, Avacor™ and Hair
Advantage™) and Finasteride (as used
in Propecia™ and Proscar™).
|
 |
|
|
-
HairGenesis™ was first introduced in 1995. It is the only
non drug naturally derived botanical hair loss treatment
product clinically proven in a FDA-regulated, IRB-monitored
research study and independently verified, to safely work for
both men and women. HairGenesis™ helps block the formation
of DHT and the harmful actions of DHT and reverse its effects
in causing thinning hair and hairloss.

-
HairGenesis™ Oral Soft Gels block both
Type 1 and Type 2 of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase (5AR) and is
safe and effective for both men and women.
Rogaine™ and Minoxidil do not block either Type 1 or Type 2 of the 5AR enzyme.

-
HairGenesis™ Topical Activator Serum is
safe and effective for both men and women.
Rogaine™ or 2% Minoxidil is available for men or women.
Rogaine™ Extra Strength or 5% Minoxidil is for men only.

-
There are no known side effects from using the HairGenesis™ Topical Activator Serum.
There are various potential side
effects from using Rogaine and Minoxidil.

-
HairGenesis™ is effective on all areas of
the scalp:
Front receding hairline, top middle portion and back portion.
Rogaine™ and Minoxidil are formulated to work only on the top / vertex area.

HairGenesis™
Topical Activator Serum Blocks DHT in the hair follicles
|
|
The HairGenesis™
Topical Activator Serum helps stimulate healthy
follicles and hair
growth in a number of remarkable ways. It does not contain Minoxidil
as used in other products. Instead it contains a
strong composition of the DHT Blockers (including a potent
formulation of Saw Palmetto and Beta Sitosterol) that are in the Oral Soft Gels and
Shampoo. And like our
shampoo, it adds those powerful DHT blockers directly into the scalp and hair follicles to protect
them on the inside from the effects of harmful DHT.
There are a number
of hairloss treatment products sold today, such as Rogaine™,
Hair
Advantage™ and
Avacor™, which rely
on the drug Minoxidil. Minoxidil is
a medication used to treat patients with high blood
pressure. About 18 years ago it was discovered that
some patients who were taking it orally experienced a
decrease or slow down in hair loss. Others saw some
"peach fuzz" grow back on their scalps. It
was later put into a topical hair growth treatment
product called Rogaine.
Minoxidil does not contain any
ingredients that block the formation of DHT. In other
words, it does not block either Type I or Type II of
the
5-Alpha-Reductase (5AR) enzyme, which is involved in
converting Testosterone into DHT. Likewise
Rogaine™ and Minoxidil do not contain
ingredients that block DHT, once it has already been
formed in the body, from getting into the hair follicles and
causing the hair to fall out.
Minoxidil is a vasodilator,
which means it dilates blood vessels. When applied
topically to the scalp, it dilates blood vessels in
the scalp. Scientists and researchers are not exactly
sure what happens next, except that they believe it
somehow may sustain (keep alive) the hair follicles
for some length of time.
Do you want to know more about why your hair thins out? Concerned
that maybe you have male or female pattern hairloss? If so, you need
to understand why your hair becomes progressively thinner and
shorter over time. You can see at what stage your hair loss is at by
looking at these Norwood
hair loss diagrams.
